Vendor Policy

1. Vendor will be given access to the place that is agreed upon by both parties before the Event starts to set up the Vendor’s station, goods to be sold, and anything else that is needed and customary to vend at that specific location.

2. Vendor agrees that this policy is considered a Non-disclosure Agreement and a contract between individual Vendors and the Promoter. Vendor understands that each agreement may differ.

3. Vendor agrees to have the booth space up for entirety of event, whatever the event hours may be.

4. The Vendor will not vend any items or services that are not disclosed here at the Event without prior written consent from the Host.

5. Vendors agree to not sell any drug paraphernalia, alcohol, tobacco, or firearms.

6. Vendor’s station shall not be bigger than the allotted space that was paid for; it shall be clean and orderly; and shall follow all applicable laws and regulations of the County and State of said Event.

7. Vendor’s staff may exhibit that goods are for sale only while the staff is within the area of the vendor’s specified location.

8. Vendor’s staff will be properly dressed and their appearance will be clean and neat and they shall conduct themselves in an orderly fashion.

9. There is to be no loud distracting music, noise, and or sound amplification devices used by Vendor’s staff at the above mentioned Event.

10. Vendor will have access to the location for up to 2 hours following the Event has concluded to dismantle and remove all items brought to the Event by Vendor. Vendor shall leave the location free from trash and in similar condition that it was in before the Vendor was there.

11. Vendor agrees to hold the Host free from any damages or claims that may develop in connection with participating in the above mentioned Event, including lack of sales.

12. Vendor understands that Promoter cannot sell the Vendor’s products. Vendor understands that Promoter cannot guarantee sales of a Vendor’s product. This is the sole responsibility of the Vendor.

13. Vendor understands that the Promoter will not promote their individual show attendance.

14. Promoter does not allow anyone under the age of 18 to sell products at a booth. An adult over 18, must be present at all times.

15. Vendor understands that All Sales of Booth Space are Final and no refunds can be given.

16. Vendor understands that Promoter will promote the event on advertising platforms of its choosing to get attendees to the event.

17. Vendor understands that Promoter cannot guarantee sales of Vendors products or services, this is solely the responsibility of the vendor.
